Returns and Replacements At Urban Garden, we strive to provide high-quality plants and gardening products. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
The plant arrives damaged or in poor condition.
The wrong item was delivered.
The plant is not as described on our website.
If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the plant and packaging.
Refund Eligibility Refunds will be processed in the following cases:
If we are unable to replace a damaged or incorrect item.
If the order is cancelled before dispatch.
If the plant is out of stock and cannot be delivered.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 6-8 business days.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Healthy plants that match the product description.
Plants that deteriorate due to improper care after delivery.
Custom or personalized orders.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
Cancellations after 24 hours may not be possible if the plant has already been prepared for shipping.
